The app allows you to get to places and views that are hard to get to. The lake is not only at the centre of the historic Lytham St Anne’s, but also the estuary to the Irish Sea and the River Ribble. The two RSPB wildlife reserves of Heathketh Out Marsh and Mashside are just visible from the new sea defences that surround the lake. They are over one hours drive away however this app allows you to get there in an instant. Take a Spitfire ride from the lake and discover the source of the river Ribble at the famous rail crossing at Ribblehead viaduct.
